Velora ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data when you use the Velora app.
Data We Collect
- Email address (for account creation and authentication)
- Expense and subscription data you enter manually or via AI assistant
- Device token (for optional push notifications)
- Receipt photos or voice messages submitted to the AI assistant (processed and not stored)
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the expense tracking service
- To send push notifications you have opted into
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Railway cloud infrastructure. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.

- OpenAI (for AI assistant features — receipt and voice processing)
